During the Keynote Speech presentation our Fighter Pilots speak for one hour, concentrating on key items brought to light at an Afterburner Day and relating them to the unique business situations faced by their client.

Premise

In the Wing Commander Course, we teach the same skills and techniques taught in the Afterburner Day. However, instead of the simulated air combat mission, the Wing Commander Course takes you on actual flights in Sky Warrior's Inc. beautifully maintained fleet of T-34 aircraft.

On one day we will fly two sorties (flights) in these aircraft. Each sortie will have your "Student Fighter Pilot" performing in the front cockpit and a veteran military fighter pilot with them every step of the way in the back cockpit. These sorties will stress techniques critical to eliminating task saturation, improving mission planning and combat communication. On day two we will fly the graduation sortie which will include an introduction to formation flying, basic aerobatics, and air combat maneuvering.

This two-day workshop will put a new perspective in the way your top management will lead your company into battle.
